Warranty Policy

At FERAHIAUDIO, we aim to provide products that offer reliable performance and a positive user experience. To support our customers, we offer a limited warranty service for eligible items under the terms outlined below.

1. Warranty Period

All FERAHIAUDIO products come with a 3-month limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase. During this period, eligible defects in materials or workmanship may qualify for repair or replacement at no additional cost.

2. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty applies to non-man-made defects and issues caused by normal use, including:

  • Product malfunction not caused by external force

  • Internal component failure

  • Charging defects

  • Bluetooth connection issues not caused by improper handling

  • Screen/display malfunctions (if applicable)

  • Battery performance problems occurring within the warranty period

If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will provide free repair or replacement depending on the product condition.

3. Exclusions From Warranty

This limited warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Damage caused by accidental drops, crushing, impact, or external force

  • Water damage for products not rated as waterproof

  • Damage caused by modification, disassembly, or unauthorized repairs

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic changes)

  • Malfunction caused by improper use, storage, or charging methods

  • Products with altered, missing, or unreadable serial/IMEI information

  • Requests made after the 3-month warranty period

Any damage determined to be caused by the user will not qualify for free service.

4. Warranty Service Process

To submit a warranty request, please prepare the following:

Required Documentation:

  • Purchase proof (order number, receipt, or email confirmation)

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

How to Apply:

  1. Send your warranty request to service@ferahiaudio.shop
  2. Our support team will review your case within 2–3 business days

  3. If the issue is covered by warranty, we will provide instructions for next steps, including repair or replacement arrangements

  4. For items requiring return inspection, customers must ship the product to our service address

  5. Once verified, we will proceed with repair or replacement within a reasonable processing time
