FERAHIAUDIO is committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience and ensuring customer satisfaction. If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible

  • After delivery, customers may apply for a return in accordance with our Return Policy

How to Request an Order Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:

Requests submitted after shipment confirmation cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days from the delivery date.

Approved returns qualify for a refund to the original payment method.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be included

  • Items must not be altered, misused, or damaged due to improper handling

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items returned beyond the allowed return timeframe

  • Items purchased through special promotions or special offers

  • Products damaged due to improper use or failure to meet return conditions

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • All return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is confirmed to be defective or the shipping error is attributable to FERAHIAUDIO.

  • Both the return shipping fees and the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service.

Important Notice About Return Address (Please Read Carefully)

⚠️ Do NOT return products to the original shipping address or any address found on the package.

  • The return address is NOT the same as the shipping address

  • Return addresses vary by product and region

  • The correct return address will be provided by email only after your return request is approved

Any item returned without prior authorization or sent to an unauthorized address may result in:

  • Processing delays

  • Return rejection

  • Loss of eligibility for refund

FERAHIAUDIO is not responsible for items returned to incorrect or unauthorized addresses.

How to Initiate a Return (RMA Required)

All returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact FERAHIAUDIO support to request a return and obtain an RMA number

  2. After approval, you will receive:

    • The authorized return address

    • Detailed return instructions via email

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package

  5. Ship the package using a trackable courier service

⚠️ Returns without an RMA number or sent to an unauthorized address will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 5 natural days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • A 2% handling fee will be deducted unless the return is due to:

    • A confirmed defective product

    • A shipping error caused by FERAHIAUDIO

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Defective products are eligible for replacement only

  • Refunds or store credit are not available for defective items

  • Defects must be reported promptly after delivery

  • Do not assume or reuse any previous return address
