How to Initiate a Return
To process a return and refund, follow these steps:

Refund Processing

Once FERAHIAUDIO receives the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 natural days.

The refunded amount will account for the 2% handling fee, except in cases where the return is due to defective items or shipping errors.
