At FERAHIAUDIO, we prioritize ensuring that your orders are handled and delivered as efficiently as possible. We partner exclusively with UPS to provide reliable and secure delivery services across the United States, offering tracking capabilities and consistent updates for all shipments.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully reviewed and processed within 2 natural days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. This processing period ensures accurate order verification, quality checks, and preparation for shipment.
Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to the U.S. mainland. Free shipping is available only for continental U.S. addresses. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, small U.S. islands, or military bases. Orders to U.S. territories or military locations cannot be fulfilled at this time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping deliveries typically take 10–15 natural days to arrive at U.S. mainland addresses. Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to customs inspections, public holidays, weather conditions, or flight delays. We strongly recommend placing orders in advance of any important dates to accommodate potential delays.

Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at 17TRACK to see real-time updates on your shipment’s location and estimated delivery date.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. UPS may experience delays caused by weather, high shipping volume, or logistical issues. Please note that P.O. Boxes are not eligible for expedited shipping. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and applicable handling fees. Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 natural days. Please ensure that returned products are in their original packaging and in good condition to avoid delays or fees.
Holiday Delivery Disclaimer
During peak holiday seasons, shipping delays may occur due to high volumes or operational constraints. We make every effort to deliver packages on time, but some shipments may experience delays. Expedited shipping fees will be refunded if the delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
