Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, and shipment preparation.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Coverage

FERAHIAUDIO currently ships exclusively to the U.S. mainland (continental United States).

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. territories or small islands

  • Military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses)

Free shipping is available only for eligible continental U.S. addresses.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, public holidays, weather conditions, flight delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and selected shipping method and are clearly displayed during checkout.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or government fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
These fees are assessed by local authorities upon delivery and are not collected or controlled by FERAHIAUDIO.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your shipment in real time using 17TRACK, where you can view:

  • Current shipment status

  • Carrier updates

  • Estimated delivery date

If your order includes multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment

  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible

Item Not Received

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with your local UPS office

  2. Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout

  3. Contact our support team if the issue remains unresolved

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately.

FERAHIAUDIO is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier operational issues

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer

Holiday Delivery Disclaimer

During peak seasons and public holidays, delivery delays may occur due to increased shipping volume or operational constraints.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, some shipments may be delayed.
Expedited shipping fees may be refunded only if delays are caused by carrier-related issues beyond our control.
